What genes interact with all three chemicals estradiol, progesterone and vitamin D?

Use the VennViewer to find data commonalities.

  1. Click the VennViewer option from the drop-down Analyze menu at the top of any page.
  2. Select input type as Chemicals.
  3. Enter the chemical names in the three input fields in Section 2:
    Estradiol
    Progesterone
    Vitamin D
  4. Choose the data sets to compare by selecting Curated under Gene associations.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. VennViewer creates a Venn diagram showing common curated genes between data sets, and lists all unique genes and shared genes in lists below the diagram.
  7. Click on the hyperlinked list of genes common in Estradiol, Progesterone and Vitamin D, or in the appropriate area of the Venn diagram.
  8. Individual gene symbols within the list of common genes are linked to CTD gene pages.
  9. Results can be saved into a comma-separated values (CSV), tab-separated values (TSV), or XML file by clicking on the links above the Venn diagram.
